A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. This means the product is NEW. This item will come with manufacturers warranty and is eligible for service uplift. This item will come with the manufacturers original packaging but may not be sealed if configuration services were rendered by ZaynTek.
Products Listed as Certified Refurbished
An item that has been professionally restored to working order by a manufacturer or manufacturer-approved vendor. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. This item will come with manufacturers warranty and is eligible for service uplift. This item will come with the manufacturers original packaging but may not be sealed if configuration services were rendered by ZaynTek.
Products Listed as ZaynTek Refurbished
An item that has been restored to working order by ZaynTek or a third party not approved by the manufacturer. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in original packaging. This item will come with a 1, 3, or 5-year Zayntek warranty.
We strive to get our clients the right solution the first time; however, as hard as we may, we are not perfect. In the event the product you purchased from ZaynTek is damaged in shipping, fails before the warranty period has ended, or you just need to return it, please refer to the our policy below to return your purchase.
ZaynTek has a liberal 30 day return policy - even if the product is open we will work with you to come up with an amicable resolution.
Products received from ZaynTek should be inspected upon delivery to ensure there is no damage because of shipping. If products are found to be damaged because of shipping please notify ZaynTek within seven business days of receipt to request a RMA number and return shipping labels.
Even new products can be defective. Please let us know immediately so that we can cross ship a new product.
Please have a description of your issue on hand when you submit a request. ZaynTek will assist you in troubleshooting the problem remotely. If remote troubleshooting is unable to correct or identify the problem we may have you fill out a RMA Form.

Please include the RMA number on the shipping return label when shipping back to ZaynTek.
Please make sure to include the reason for the return and provide as much detail on the form as possible (part number, quantity, serial number, and order number). This information will ensure we get your RMA handled expeditiously.
Also please make sure to include all original packaging material to avoid damage during shipping.
ZaynTek will provide shipping labels for products under warranty that were deemed defective. It is the customers responsibility to ship unwanted product back to ZaynTek.
All software sales are final.
