Step 1: Click “Request Special Pricing” in the upper right corner of the website to access the Bulk Add tool.




Step 2: Click the grey “Add a Product” drop down field and search for a product by SKU. Click the product when it appears to add it to your list.




Step 3: Continue to paste or type the SKUs you would like to add until you’re ready to add the items to your cart.




Step 4: Click the grey “Add items to cart” button and checkout like you normally would.
 

Step 1: Click ‘Sign in’ in the upper right-hand corner of the website.



Step 2: A window will slide out displaying "Sign in" and "Register" options. Click ‘Register’ and fill out the form using your work e-mail address.



Step 3: After filling out the form and clicking the "Create Account" button, you should be automatically logged in.
 

Step 1: Sign in to your account by clicking the “Sign In” button in the upper right-hand corner of the website.





Step 2: Browse our catalog using the navigation menu on the left side of the website or using the search bar in the upper left corner.




Step 3: Click the product you would like to view or add it to cart directly from the category/search results page.


Step 4: From the product page, select the product condition you would like to purchase, as well as the quantity and then click the red “Add to Cart” button.



Step 5: If you are ready to Checkout, click the ‘Cart’ button in the upper right-hand corner of the website. This will take you to your Cart.



Step 6: Click the blue Checkout button in the lower right corner of the website.



Step 7: Once in Checkout, fill in the Shipping Address, Select a Shipping Method, and fill in your Billing address. Make sure the Billing address matches the address that is on file with your credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and more.

You also have the option of paying for your order with Paypal, Paypal Credit, and G-Pay. When you’re done, click the black “Place Order” button. After you click, you will be redirected to your customer dashboard. Please remember to leave Zayntek a Google Review!


 

Step 1: Navigate to a page you want to bookmark. Think of this feature like opening a new tab in your browser.




Step 2: Click “Bookmark this page” in the grey bar under the ZaynTek logo to save a bookmark. You can bookmark as many pages as you want.




Step 3: Repeat the process to bookmark more pages. You can now quickly switch back and forth, just as you would with browser tabs.


 

Step 1: Click “Request Special Pricing” in the upper right corner of the website to access the form.

Step 3:  Continue to paste or type the SKUs you would like to add until you’re ready to request a quote for special pricing.




Step 4: When you’re ready to submit your request, click the red “Submit Quote Request” button.




Step 5: If the form submission is successful you will see this message:


 

Step 1: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email send to the e-mail associated with your account.

Step 2: The next e-mail you receive is the ‘Pre-Shipment’ e-mail. This will tell you exactly when your order will ship and how long it will take to get to you.

Step 3: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a “Post-Shipment” e-mail. This e-mail will contain your tracking number. Place the tracking number in Google Search and select the appropriate carrier to see your shipment updates.

Step 4: You can also access the tracking number from your customer dashboard. Select the order number you would like to view from the menu on the left. Click the red tracking number to view tracking updates.



 

Step 1: Click the red circle containing your initials in the upper right hand of the website.




Step 2: A window will fly out after clicking and reveal new options. Click the option that says ‘Profile’.



Step 3: On the left side of the customer profile dashboard, choose “Reset Password”.



Step 4: Click the black “Reset Password” button. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.

This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. This item will come with manufacturers warranty and is eligible for service uplift.  This item will come with the manufacturers original packaging but may not be sealed if configuration services were rendered by ZaynTek.

Products Listed as ZaynTek Refurbished
An item that has been restored to working order by ZaynTek or a third party not approved by the manufacturer. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in original packaging.  This item will come with a 1, 3, or 5-year Zayntek warranty.

A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear.  This means the product is NEW.  This item will come with manufacturers warranty and is eligible for service uplift.  This item will come with the manufacturers original packaging but may not be sealed if configuration services were rendered by ZaynTek.

Products received from ZaynTek should be inspected upon delivery to ensure there is no damage as a result of shipping. If products are found to be damaged as a result of shipping the buyer must notify ZaynTek within seven business days of receipt to request a RMA number and return shipping labels. Products returned after the seven business days period without notification or a RMA number will not be eligible for processing.

Return Policy

We strive to get our clients the right solution the first time; however, as hard as we may, we are not perfect.  In the event the product you purchased from ZaynTek is damaged in shipping, fails before the warranty period has ended, or you just need to return it, please refer to the our policy below to return your purchase.

ZaynTek has a liberal 30 day return policy - even if the product is open we will work with you to come up with an amicable resolution.  

Only exception would-be special-order items.  They may be NCNR (non-cancelable, non-returnable) or subject to a restocking fee.  They will be handled on a case by case basis. 

Items Damaged During Shipping

Products received from ZaynTek should be inspected upon delivery to ensure there is no damage because of shipping. If products are found to be damaged because of shipping please notify ZaynTek within seven business days of receipt to request a RMA number and return shipping labels. 
 

Items Arriving DOA (Dead On Arrival)

Even new products can be defective.  Please let us know immediately so that we can cross ship a new product.
 

For Products Under Warranty

Please have a description of your issue on hand when you submit a request.  ZaynTek will assist you in troubleshooting the problem remotely.  If remote troubleshooting is unable to correct or identify the problem we may have you fill out a RMA Form.
 

For Unwanted Product 

To get a RMA number, you will have start by clicking the red "RMA Form" button at the end of this page.

Please include the RMA number on the shipping return label when shipping back to ZaynTek. 

Please make sure to include the reason for the return and provide as much detail on the form as possible (part number, quantity, serial number, and order number).  This information will ensure we get your RMA handled expeditiously. 

Also please make sure to include all original packaging material to avoid damage during shipping.  

ZaynTek will provide shipping labels for products under warranty that were deemed defective.  It is the customers responsibility to ship unwanted product back to ZaynTek. 

All software sales are final.
