We want to make your life easier. Thats why we've laid out our process from start to finish, so you know exactly what to expect from us and when.

  1. Place your order:

    We worked hard to make sure ordering from ZaynTek.com is simple. Just click on a product you would like to order, add it to cart, and proceed to checkout. If you would like to request special pricing, you can either call us, chat with an engineer online, or send us a message using our "Request Special Pricing" tool. 

  2. Receive your order confirmation email:

    After placing your order, you will receive an automated email from our system that will display your billing address, shipping address, the product(s) you ordered, and price paid.

  3. Receive your Pre-Shipment e-mail:

    This e-mail will spell out exactly when your order will ship and how long it will take to get to you. All orders placed before noon CST will ship same-day from one of our US distribution centers. 

  4. Receive your Post-Shipment e-mail:

    Our team will send you a tracking number the same day that your order is shipped. The tracking number will allow you to see exactly where your package is geographically, as well as update you if the carrier is experiencing any problems delivering your order. 

  5. Your account manger:

    When the tracking number shows that the package has been successfully delivered, you will receive a call from your dedicated Account Manager. No pressure taking this call, we simply want to introduce ourselves and ensure you are happy with your order.   6. Consult an engineer:

    If you have a project that you're working on and need help architecting a solution or finding a specific part, ask your Account Manager to setup a call with one of our highly experienced engineers.  We're experts in our field, from building out tower servers for small businesses to crafting enterprise level hyper-converged solutions. We promise to save you both time and money.
