Our Manufacturer Refurbished Products come with the manufacturer’s warranty and are eligible for service uplifts. All Dell Certified Refurbished Servers come standard with 5-year, 5x10 Hardware only, and Next Business Day Onsite Support, unless otherwise noted.
Refurbished Products come with Zayntek’s standard 1, 3, or 5-Year warranty. During the warranty period, if your server, workstation, storage array, or network hardware fails during normal operation, Zayntek will at its sole discretion; provide replacement parts, repair the product, or replace the product with a comparable or superior product. We will also provide all technical support necessary regarding your purchased product.
